Who will work on my chimney?
Our staff consists of former or current firefighters who are well trained, supervised personnel with the proper equipment. You will be told the technician’s name before he comes out and he will present our business card upon arrival.

We handle any type of chimney from new builds, to Victorian reconstruction to commercial chimneys. We never met a chimney we can't handle.

How Often Should I Have My Chimney Cleaned?
NFPA 211 (National Fire Protection Agency) recommends annual inspections for your home.

Do you work on Saturdays?
No, unfortunately we don’t since our technicians are Atlanta firemen and work 24hrs on and 48 hrs off. We feel it’s important that they have time with their families.

What is a Cast-In Place Liner?
A cast-in place liner rebuilds the flue from the inside out. We use Golden’s UL Approved 2100 Degree Flue Mix. You may go to their website to learn more about this remarkable product.

Why don't creosote logs work?
The layer of baked on creosote in your chimney needs to be scrubbed off. Especially if it has been there for a while and hardened. A simple smoking hot log cannot do that.

Aren’t All Sweep Services Basically The Same?
No! Not every sweep has the knowledge to provide quality service and safely inspect your home. You basically get what you pay for.
